个人简介

张军，男，中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师，入选中科院技术百人、中科院青促会优秀会员。 2002年、2007年分别获得中国科学技术大学学士、博士学位，2007年8月至2011年1月在瑞士日内瓦大学从事博士后研究，2011年1月起在中国科学技术大学工作，2016年7月起任教授。长期从事量子通信、单光子探测、量子随机数、量子激光雷达等方向的研究，实现InGaAs/InP单光子雪崩光电二极管核心元器件的国产化，成功研制高速门控单光子探测器、低噪声近红外自由运行单光子探测器、超高效率硅单光子探测器、紫外单光子探测器、量子随机数发生器模块和芯片等一系列关键核心器件，为量子通信和单光子激光雷达技术的应用奠定了基础。在Nature（3篇）、Nature Photonics/Physics（4篇）、Physical Review Letters/X（15篇）等期刊上发表论文80篇，论文引用达8600次，H因子为40，取得授权/受理专利30项。作为课题负责人承担科技创新2030—“量子通信与量子计算机”重大项目、国家重点研发计划项目，主持3项国家基金委面上项目以及其他多个科技项目。曾获中科院青促会优秀会员、光龙青年学者、首届“金燧奖”中国光电产品银奖等奖项。
