个人简介

张军,男,中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师,入选中科院技术百人、中科院青促会优秀会员。 2002年、2007年分别获得中国科学技术大学学士、博士学位,20078月至20111月在瑞士日内瓦大学从事博士后研究,20111月起在中国科学技术大学工作,20167月起任教授。长期从事量子通信、单光子探测、量子随机数、量子激光雷达等方向的研究,实现InGaAs/InP单光子雪崩光电二极管核心元器件的国产化,成功研制高速门控单光子探测器、低噪声近红外自由运行单光子探测器、超高效率硅单光子探测器、紫外单光子探测器、量子随机数发生器模块和芯片等一系列关键核心器件,为量子通信和单光子激光雷达技术的应用奠定了基础。在Nature3篇)、Nature Photonics/Physics4篇)、Physical Review Letters/X15篇)等期刊上发表论文80篇,论文引用达8600次,H因子为40,取得授权/受理专利30项。作为课题负责人承担科技创新2030—“量子通信与量子计算机”重大项目、国家重点研发计划项目,主持3项国家基金委面上项目以及其他多个科技项目。曾获中科院青促会优秀会员、光龙青年学者、首届“金燧奖”中国光电产品银奖等奖项。
