个人简介

潘建伟,19703月生,浙江东阳人,实验物理学博士,中国科学技术大学教授、中国科学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士、奥地利科学院外籍院士,现任中科院量子信息与量子科技创新研究院院长。

潘建伟主要从事量子光学、量子信息和量子力学基础问题检验等方面的研究。作为国际上量子信息实验研究领域的主要开拓者之一,他在量子通信、量子计算和多光子纠缠操纵等研究方向的系统性创新工作使得量子信息实验研究成为近年来物理学发展最迅速的方向之一。潘建伟及其同事实现量子隐形传态的研究成果于1999年同伦琴发现X射线、爱因斯坦建立相对论等影响世界的重大研究成果一起被英国《自然》杂志选为百年物理学21篇经典论文,其研究成果多次入选《自然》杂志评选的年度重大科学事件、美国《科学》杂志评选的年度十大科技进展、英国或美国物理学会评选的年度物理学重大进展以及两院院士评选的中国年度十大科技进展新闻

潘建伟由于在量子信息实验领域的杰出贡献,获国家自然科学一等奖,未来科学大奖物质科学奖,香港求是科技基金会杰出科学家奖,何梁何利基金科学与技术成就奖,中国科学院杰出科技成就奖,欧洲物理学会菲涅尔奖,国际量子通信、测量与计算学会国际量子通信奖,国际激光科学及量子光学兰姆奖,美国科学促进会克利夫兰奖,美国光学学会伍德奖,墨子量子奖以及德国蔡司研究奖等国内外学术荣誉奖项。2017年获“全国创新争先”奖章,2018年获“改革先锋”奖章,2019年获“最美奋斗者”称号。
