个人简介
何玉明,中国科学技术大学合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心教授。主要从事高品质半导体量子点单光子源的产生和基于过渡金属硫化物单原子层中缺陷型单光子源等领域中的若干关键课题的研究。迄今已经在包括Nature Nanotechnology (2篇)、Nature Photonics(2篇)、Nature Physics(1篇)、Nature Communications(1篇)、Physical Review Letters(10篇)、Nano Letters(2篇)、Optica(3篇)等国际权威学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文28篇;其中第一作者(共同第一作者)身份发表13篇。研究成果曾多次被英国自然,自然纳米技术,自然材料,自然中国,英国皇家物理学会等国际科学媒体广泛报道,其博士论文也入选2016年中科院百篇优秀博士论文奖。2019年入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,2020年获得国家自然科学优秀青年基金,2020年获得香港求是杰出青年学者奖。
