High Resolution Heterotype Optical Superlattice

Introduction

Quantum Gas Microscope is a new technology of experimental ultracold atom physics. It can image and manipulate single atom in each single site of optical lattice. It can be integrated with heterotype optical lattices to explorer quantum simulation and quantum computing with ultracold atoms. Our lab is interested in:
1. Using ultracold atoms that trapped in heterotype optical lattices to simulate some quantum phases and phase transitions in condensed matter physics under single-site resolution.
2. Using ultracold atoms that trapped in optical super-lattices to simulate quantum transport and high-Tc superconducting in condensed matter physics under single-site resolution.
3. Using optical tweezer to manipulate single atom in single-sites of optical lattices to realize quantum logic gates.
