Introduction
姜海峰,1973年生于黑龙江,无党派人士,中国科技大学研究员,2010年获得巴黎第十三大学博士学位,先后在上海光机所、国家授时中心、法国巴黎天文台、美国NIST和中国科大从事时频技术研究,主要聚焦超稳激光源、飞秒光频梳、光生微波源等装置研制,研制的仪器在国家授时中心、中国科大、华东师大等单位有效支撑了基准频标、精密光谱等多种精密物理测量应用。2018年获得国家杰出青年基金资助。
