Abstract

Understanding the dynamics of complex quantum systems, often in the presence of strong correlations between constituent particles, is crucial for solving many fundamental problems in physics. It can establish the important connections between quark-gluon plasma, neutron stars and the evolution of early universe. Ultracold quantum gases provide unprecedented opportunities for studying such phenomena under controlled conditions. Here I will present our recent study on dynamics in a scale invariant trapped unitary Fermi gas with a change of in some Hamiltonian parameters, such as the external potential and the interaction strength.
